Exchange Policy

While refunds are not available, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions to ensure fairness and hygiene.

Exchange Timeframe
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:
• The item must be unworn
• In its original packaging
• With all tags and labels attached
• In the same condition as received

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

What Can Be Exchanged
• You may exchange for:
• A different size
• A different color
• Another item of equal value (if your original choice is unavailable)

Sold-Out Items
• Items that are sold out cannot be exchanged.

Sale Items

🚫 No exchanges are accepted on sale, discounted, or promotional items.

Shipping Fees
• All exchange delivery fees are the customer’s responsibility.
